The short version: we only see the details you deliberately send us, we use them to reply to you, and we don't sell or share them with anyone else.

Who we are
GM Media is a photography and videography studio run by Gianluigi Mango, based in Great Harwood, Lancashire, England. This website doesn't collect anything behind your back — there are no analytics, no tracking scripts and no advertising cookies on it.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us — by email, phone, Instagram DM or the contact form on this site — we receive whatever you choose to tell us: typically your name, email address, phone number and details of the shoot you have in mind.
- The contact form. The form on this website doesn't send or store anything by itself. Pressing “Send enquiry” opens your own email app with your message pre-filled, addressed to us. Nothing is submitted to, or stored on, this website.
How we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes.
- To plan, shoot and deliver the work you book.
- To stay in touch about a project while it's ongoing.
That's it. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we never sell, rent or share your details with third parties.
Social media and video
Embedded videos on this site come from Instagram and only load when you press play — at that point Instagram's own privacy policy applies to the playback. Our social accounts (Instagram, Facebook) are run under the same rule: we only see and use what you send us there.
Photos of you
If we shoot you or your event, we'll agree with you where the images will be used — our portfolio and social media, and/or your own use. If you'd rather we didn't publish something, just say so; that's always respected.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as they're useful — usually until the conversation is finished or the project is delivered. Selected images from shoots are kept in the studio archive; ask us to remove anything and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete them. Email social.gmmedia@gmail.com and we'll sort it promptly.
